This website is operated by a service provider acting as a processor for us (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the website, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the volume of data transferred, the referrer URL, and browser and operating system information.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation, delivery, and security of the website against attacks. The log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.

We currently do not use tracking, analytics, profiling, or marketing cookies and do not embed advertising networks or social media plugins.

We use exclusively a technically necessary storage in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie decision. This storage does not require consent under § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG; the processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Any non-essential categories would only be set with your consent under § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR; such consent may be withdrawn at any time.

All fonts used are delivered locally by our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external providers, so no data is transmitted to third parties in this respect.

The contact form on this website does not transmit any data to our server. Your entries are merely compiled in your browser into an e-mail, which is then opened in your own e-mail program. The e-mail is only sent once you send it yourself from there.

If you contact us by e-mail, phone, or via the form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, phone number, content of the inquiry) in order to respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry serves to prepare or perform a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling inquiries. We delete the data as soon as the inquiry has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations (in particular commercial and tax law periods of up to 10 years) preclude deletion.

Your data is only disclosed to our hosting provider and our e-mail provider, each on the basis of a data processing agreement, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA only take place where the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).

Under the GDPR you have the right, at any time, to:

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.

Provision of your data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without contact details we cannot respond to an inquiry.

We update this privacy policy whenever there are changes to the legal situation or to our processing activities. The version published here shall apply in each case.
